I bring more than 8 years of experience in personal training, helping hundreds of people achieve their goals, and carry multiple certifications through NASM, one of the nation’s leading programs for fitness coaches. I specialize in Sports-Specific Training such as Boxing, Soccer, Tennis, as well as Corrective Exercise through NASM. On the nutrition side, I'm certified through the Precision Nutrition PN1 accreditation. I train clients of all ages, abilities and interests, and have a special affinity for those with special needs, having helped clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s and Autism with their fitness and health needs.
I make workouts fun, yet effective. My training combines the latest findings in exercise science and research with time-tested methods.
I grew up in Mt. Vernon, NY and Yorktown, NY where I started my own fitness journey and am a Pace University graduate with a B.A. in Media & Communications. I have participated in various fitness events like Spartan Races and helped to raise money and raise awareness for charitable organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and ALS Association. I'm also conversant in Portuguese and Spanish so I can train people in 3 languages!
